It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

We're all decorated & excited for the season! Yesterday we cut our tree and the girls & I decorated it. I love the smell of Christmas tree filling our home! Shyanne's birthday is this weekend and I'm excited to host her birthday party in our home with so much Christmasy stuff out! Pardon the poor quality of the pictures. Johnny has his work iPad for 2 weeks so I'm taking advantage of the camera & Internet capabilities to blog a little! I took beautiful pictures yesterday at the tree farm on my Canon but who knows when/if I'll ever get those posted. In the meantime, enjoy the small glimpses! (a little shadow bow I decorated on my scrap booking table) (Our fire place! Ooooo how I love having a real fireplace to hang out stockings from!)

Little thoughts

I think Brock is in love. He looks at me with deep adoration his eyes. He seemingly look into my soul. Sometimes I will put toys out for him to play with and he'll completely ignore them and just stare at me. I love him so much. He slays me. Sent from my iPhone. Pardon the errors :)

Hanging @ urgent care...

Waiting to get Hollie's ears checked :( she's our chronic ear infection girl!

Can't get these pix to turn upright... but I'll post them just the same.  He is my cutie pie! I ADORE this outfit from Maga... of course the "B" is a bonus.  This Beaver line is the "Smart Like Dad" line.  LOVE IT!

4 months

Brock turned 4 months on Sunday.  He weighed in Monday morning at 12 lbs 15 1/2 ounces - just shy of 13 lbs.  Up from 10 lbs at his 2 month appt.   He is a whopping 24 inches long (19 1/2 at birth) and chubbing up quite nicely.  He can roll from tummy to back, but doesn't care to try to roll the other direction. He is all smiles but STILL only teases us with an occasional laugh.   He is sleeping in his own bed now and doing soooo well! He wakes once occasionally to eat but otherwise is almost sleeping through the night.   Earlier this month his Doctor put him on Zantac for "silent reflux" - a condition where acid comes up the throat but the baby doesn't spit up.   Monday the Doctor decided to switch and try a different antacid because Brock still cries during feeds and wants to sleep with his head tipped backward.  It was a rough couple months trying to figure out why he would sleep great on my arm (aka w/ his head hanging ...
