Brock turned 10 months on May 6 (Hollie's 4th birthday!) These pictures were taken at or around that time! Its just taken me till now to finally get them up on my blog.
Brock is seriously the sweetest, most content baby I've ever known. He loves to play and entertains himself with the silliest little things. He is a fast crawler now (I seriously wondered if the day would ever come!) and loves to follow his sisters around the house, screeching and screaming and keeping up with the noise level quite well!
He's a little leary around grass - but he didn't seem to mind crawling (half bear crawl on his feet) on the concrete outside.
He has 6 teeth with 2 more well on their way. All the drool and sopping wet t-shirts serve as a witness to the fact there must be 2 more working their ways through on the bottom!
Brock has mastered pulling up on EVERYTHING and he's even letting go to reach for things with one hand. Today he managed to pull up on the laundry bin, and flip himself into it. He then proceeded to happily fling folded laundry everywhere while grinning and jabbering in a high pitch voice! Seriously, there's not much that can get this kid down - & his joy is contagious! I was just telling the girls today that it's hard to stay in bad mood with Brocky around. They wake up from nap on the wrong side of the bed and in a few seconds Brock has them giggling and grinning against their wills (:
I could not have asked God for a better, more adorable, more heart-meling baby than Brock. We are SO blessed and he is SO loved!

Brock is currently mastering the art of "becoming" a Barton - in the sense that he watches Daddy wrestling the the girls, laughing and screaming - and then he just starts screaming/screeching in a crazy loud voice, just hankering to join in the craziness! My friend Allison told me the other day, "Brock thrives in the chaos of nursery!" He's just in his element - the crazier, the better! ha! That's a Barton Boy fer ya!
