For Johnny's final vacation this year, we planned a camping trip to Honeyman State Park in Florence, OR. It was our first full week (5 days) camping trip. The longest we had ever gone was 3 days. My parents were supposed to go with us but unfortunately (fortunately!) my dad finally had work so they missed out this year! (But we had fun, Natalee says)
(We spent the afternoon of our second day at the lake. It was barely warm enough to swim but that didn't stop the girls!! Later we were so glad we went because the supposed hottest day (Thursday) ended up 60 degrees with wind. So Tuesday was the only day we actually spent a long time at the lake!)

(We couldnt resist the paddle boats - and spent 45 minutes getting an awesome workout for the sake of a memory for our kiddos!) (:
